Once you’ve tasted this fresh, aromatic Aussie Pepper, you’ll understand why it’s in a league of its own. Grown without pesticides in tropical Far North Queensland on Australia’s only commercial pepper farm – L & L Pepperfarms in Silkwood (just south of Innisfail) – this pepper is as fresh and flavourful as it gets.

This family-run farm began in the late 1980s when brothers Levis and Louis Campagnolo planted two hectares of pepper vines on their small property. Today, their legacy continues through Louis’ daughter, Donna, who lovingly tends the vines and runs the farm with the same commitment to quality and sustainability.

Each year, around 2 tonnes of pepper are hand-harvested in October, sun-dried on the farm, and snapped up by customers who know how special it is. The demand is so high, they often sell out before the next harvest! And since this pepper is grown right here in Australia – not shipped from overseas and kept in storage for months or years like most pepper – it’s bursting with freshness and flavour.

Best of all, it’s pesticide-free and sustainably grown - no nasties, just pure, natural, Aussie-grown black pepper – the way it should be.
