The Wonderbag design allows food to be slow-cooked or kept hot for hours without power. It works on the principle of residual heat – once the food is partially cooked on the stovetop or in the oven (or even over an open fire), it can then be placed into the Wonderbag where it will stay hot for many hours, extending the cooking time and keeping food hot without using more energy. It’s perfect for camping trips, for cooking ahead for the family on busy days, for taking a potluck meal out to share with friends and just for saving power by reducing cooking time!

To slow cook in the Wonderbag...

Simply bring food to the boil, let simmer (time depends on the recipe – see booklet included with Wonderbag), then place the pot with its lid into your Wonderbag, cinch tightly with the drawstring, and slow cook to perfection for up to 8 hours. (Heavy pots full of soup or stew can stay hot even longer - even 10-12 hours!)
