This long-handled milk pan is ideal for serving liquids like milk, water, soup and sauces easily, without spilling. The rim is curved – known as a rolled rim in enamel terms – and is created by bending the metal during the manufacturing process to form a rounded and stable rim. This milk pan is a popular helper in the kitchen.
Uses:
You can use the milk pan to quickly warm milk, sauces and other liquids, like stock or soup. You can also use it to easily pour out frothy milk for your morning coffee or to pour soup into your soup dish without having to use a ladle.
Tip:
When warming up milk, put a few drops of water in the jug beforehand and only heat it on a medium heat. This stops the milk from burning easily.

About RIESS Porcelain Enamel Cookware
Each Riess enamelware piece begins with a strong iron core, coated in a glass-based enamel made from quartz, clay, feldspar, and other natural minerals. Fired at high temperatures, these materials fuse into a smooth, non-porous, glassy surface that heats quickly, retains heat beautifully, and cooks evenly.
The enamel surface is flavour-neutral, scratch and cut resistant, naturally hygienic, and easy to clean. It is also nickel-free and completely safe for food contact, meeting strict European food-safety standards, and contains no lead or antimony. This makes Riess cookware ideal for families, children, and anyone with food sensitivities.
Thanks to its durable construction and if properly looked after, Riess enamelware can provide decades of cooking enjoyment while maintaining its glossy finish.
Plus, with CO₂-neutral production and fully recyclable materials, Riess enamelware is a choice you can feel good about - both for your family and the planet!

To ensure the safety of your Riess cookware, it’s important to keep the enamel coating intact. Avoid heavy chips, cracks or rough wear, especially on interior surfaces.
Use the cookware according to manufacturer’s care instructions (e.g. avoid heating over 220C, avoid drastic temperature changes, don’t use abrasive cleaners) to preserve the integrity of the enamel.
A booklet is included with each piece of Riess enamelware detailing care instructions.
How to Clean Riess Cookware
Dishwasher:
Riess cookware is dishwasher-safe, but for a lasting radiant shine, handwashing is recommended. If using a dishwasher:
- Remove food residues or burnt-on food first (see below)
- Rinse with warm water
- Use the gentle glass-cleaning cycle
Manual Cleaning:
- After cooking, fill the cookware with water while still warm and most food residues will soften and lift easily.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool or harsh scrubbing pads. For stubborn or burnt-on food, boil water with a little washing-up liquid, then gently clean with a soft sponge or brush.
